The Company was established in 1960 and since then it operates in the field of interior decoration with a large variety of products. The Company's designer, Stefano Ugolini, was largely influenced in his studies by the Florentine tradition and arts, and his resulting work was soon well accepted on the national and international markets.

The Company can offer a wide selection of high-class furniture, including tables and chairs, lamps and appliques, chandeliers and other accessory items. Along with our current "standard" production, we can handle custom-made projects, an important activity of our company.  To this regard, we manufacture important articles such as special lighting fixtures and chandeliers; prestige tables, stairs in wood and brass for stately residence; large elaborate doors with fittings for inside and front gate use; high-class pieces of furniture produced using assorted material (semi-precious stones, gold plated brass, top quality marbles and bronze, exclusive fabrics).

The execution of such exacting work was made possible because the Company founded by Stefano Ugolini - in addition to its own forces - was able to guide and organize many high skilled co-operators, that actually find the Company's work stimulating and inspiring. On several occasions the Company has operated with international contractors to carry out special decoration assignments for governmental institutions, stately residences, and main hotel chains.

The Company is taken part in several remarkable projects in different countries, mainly located in West and East Europe, North America, Gulf Area, and Far East.
